Point: Advantage because ADR is cheaper than court meaning that those who aren’t as financially secure can seek recompense
Example: Negotiation/ Mediation/ Conciliation/ Arbitration are all much cheaper than court costs. Also no need to pay for opposition.

Point: Advantage is that it is easier to arrange meaning that those who are not legally competent can access ADR
Evidence: ADR does not require all of the formalities found necessary to compile court documents
Explain: This means that it alleviates stress from claimants as they need not worry about specificities

Point: Advantage is that ADR is less confrontational meaning that parties don’t have bad blood
Evidence: ADR is less adversarial due to its literal nature and absence of a courtroom
