Gang crimes
• Illegal gang participation
• Juvenile recruitment/retention for criminal street gang
Deadly-weapon or dangerous-instrument crimes
• Carrying concealed deadly weapon without license
• Carrying concealed dangerous instrument
• Possessing destructive weapon
• Unlawfully dealing with dangerous weapon
• Unlawfully dealing with switchblade knife
• Possession/purchase of deadly weapon by prohibited person
• Unsafe firearm storage
Crimes against order/decency - Disorderly conduct
Intentionally causing (or creating risk of) public inconvenience, annoyance, or alarm to another by improper conduct (e.g., fighting, disturbing lawful assembly without authority) or
Engaging another in a course of disorderly conduct likely to cause substantial harm/serious inconvenience or annoyance/alarm, and refusing/knowingly failing to obey dispersal order by peace officer
Harassment—Intending to harass, annoy, or alarm another, defendant:
o Insults/taunts/challenges another in a manner known to be likely to provoke violent/disorderly response or cause a reasonable person to suffer fear/alarm/distress
o Communicates in a way known to be likely to cause annoyance and alarm
o Knowingly permits any phone under victim’s control to be used for a purpose prohibited by this law
o Uses obscene/sexually explicit language on phone suggesting the other engage in similar conduct knowing the person is likely to be caused annoyance/alarm or
o Makes repeated/anonymous calls to another knowing it is likely to cause annoyance/alarm
Fraud
• Unlawful use of credit card
• Unlawful use of payment card
• Criminal impersonation
Traffic offenses
—running red lights, speeding, not signaling, etc.
Wearing disguise or body armor during felony
—separate from initial felony
Hindering prosecution
—(1) intending to prevent/hinder/delay discovery/apprehension of someone, (2) knowing person committed crime or is sought by police, and (3) acting to prevent person’s apprehension by specified means (e.g., hiding person)
Obstructing justice
—corruptly intimidating/influencing/obstructing/impeding administration of law or investigation
Refusing to aid police
—unreasonably failing/refusing to aid police command in effecting arrest or preventing crime
Obstructing firefighters
—intentionally and unreasonably obstructing firefighters in extinguishing, or preventing/dissuading another from extinguishing/helping to extinguish, a fire
Falsely reporting incident
—knowing information is false/baseless, defendant reports specified false emergencies to specified organizations (generally)
Providing false statement to police
—intending to prevent/hinder/delay criminal investigation, knowingly providing false material statement (written or oral) to police
Resisting arrest
—defendant intentionally (1) prevents or attempts to prevent officer from arresting/detaining defendant or another or (2) flees from arresting/detaining officer
Resisting arrest - Without force

—Class G felony: also includes causing physical injury to officer while officer arresting/detaining person
