Globalization
The process by which businesses or other organizations develop international influence or start operating on an international scale.
Regionalization
Refers to the economic integration or concentration of economic flows among neighboring countries.
Regionalism
A political process where countries cooperate on policies, often for shared economic or security interests.
ASEAN
Association of Southeast Asian Nations, a regional organization formed to promote economic cooperation and stability.
NATO
North Atlantic Treaty Organization, a military alliance formed to protect Western Europe from the Soviet Union.
Non-Aligned Movement
A group of states that are not formally aligned with or against any major power bloc.
OPEC
Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries, created to regulate oil production and prices.

A form of regionalism that involves individuals and non-governmental organizations working together for common goals.

A political ideology focused on promoting the interests and culture of a particular nation.

A political approach that strives to represent the interests of ordinary people, often against a perceived elite.

The principle of respecting national sovereignty while promoting democratic values and human rights.
