positive symptoms

negative symptoms
withdrawn - alogia (poverty of speech content), imparts social interaction, Apathy, anhedonia

Risk higher for males in social isolation , Suicide normally committed early in the illness, Not normally due to command hallucinations. Approx 10% of patients die via suicide, 20-40% attempt, 60-80% think about it
