dertion of an elderly person by an individual who has physical custody of teh elder or by a person who has assumed responsibility for providing care to the elder

refusal or failure to fulfill any part of a personals obligations or duties to an elder

malnutrition, dehydration, poor hygiene, unattended health problems, misuse of meds, failure to provide necessary devices
