Income Statement
The first financial statement prepared that calculates the results of operations for a specific time period.
Net Income
The bottom line of the income statement indicating profit after all expenses are deducted.
Statement of Owner's Equity
Reports changes in equity over the reporting period, accounting for net income and owner withdrawals.
Balance Sheet
Reports the financial position of a company at a specific point in time, detailing assets, liabilities, and equity.
Assets
Resources owned by a company, such as cash, supplies, prepaid insurance, and equipment.
Liabilities
Obligations owed by a company to creditors, such as loans or accounts payable.
Owner Withdrawals

Equity Section

Ending Capital Balance
The final amount of equity that remains after accounting for net income or loss and withdrawals.
