retinal detachment

separation of the retina from its attachemnts at the back of the eye

sclera

tough fibrous white portion of the eye, protects delicate inner structures

subcutaneous emphysema

characteristic sensation felt on palpation of the skin caused by the presence of air in soft tissues

join formed wher hte mandible and cranium meet, just infront of the ear

small rounded fleshy bulge that lifes immediately anterior to the ear canal
