If Christianity has positive beliefs but some do not, we should look towards the East. They treat one as nature

Ex. Shintoism (treating natural world as spirits) - if nature has spirits they deserve respect

We can’t explain the crisis in technology as there are other explanations. Hierarchy exists

 Humility for humanity, Look at beliefs in Christianity that support ecology. Respect that we are not the only living creature, since they have a soul, they deserve respect

Alternative form of christianity or taking an alternative perspective or that deemed wrong to the chruch

• Focus on labor and war

• Problem: Industry and war ; Roman empire=seeking land, Industrial revolution= seeking resources

• Ecological Laws: we have been disrupting ecological balances

• we are acting in accordance to our root beliefs (multiplying, using resources)
  

Marsh’s solution

Moral political revolution; We need to change ourselves. Reflect on things. Being rational and the best version of yourself
