Freedom of speech,religion and and the right to assemble and petition the wrong doings of the government

2nd

the right to bear arms

3rd

In peacetime people are not required to house soldiers

4th

The government cannot search and seizure without a warrant, with good reason (the warrant needs tobe clear )

5th

Cannot be tried twice for the same crime, needs to be enough evidence to be fried for a felony, doesn't have to testify against self (plead the fifth), cannot take away property without trial

6th

Right to speedy trial, know the charges against u , right to a lawyer, someone to testify for you, fair just, and trial in same area crime was committed

7th

Civil cases are allowed a jury if its above $20

8th

No cruel and unusual punishments or excessive bail

9th

States gives us more rights not stated in the constitution in which the federal government cannot take away

10th

Power not delegated (given to federal gou) are given to the States
