Stop Sign: Complete a full stop. Right-of-way goes to first vehicle at intersection

Yield sign: slow down, assess traffic, and give the right-of-way to oncoming traffic and pedestrians. Do not have to stop, only in needed.

Speed limit: Maximum speed legally possible

Must follow the sign with no exception

No bicycles

Left turn only: Must turn left in a specific lane. No U-Turns, no right turns

Thru & Left

Left land must turn left!

No left turn: must proceed straight or turn right instead

One way: Can not enter street from opposite direction

Keep left: Pass to the left of an obstruction or barrier. How you navigate an obstacle

Keep right: Pass to the right of an obstruction or barrier. How you navigate an obstacle

No right turn; No right turn, only left or straight. No turn on red

No turns: Can only drive straight through

No U-turns: can not complete a U-turn at this post

Double left turns: Drivers in adjacent lanes can both turn left at the same time but they must stay in their lane

Keep off median: do not drive or park on median

Do not pass: it is illegal to overtake and pass a vehicle in front of you

Pass with care: Can pass slower vehicles, but is your responsibility to ensure safety

Slower traffic keep right: slower drivers must use the right-hand lane

Emergency parking only: Parking reserved for emergency vehicles, police cruisers, fire trucks, ambulances.

One hour parking

Handicap parking reserved only for those with a tag

All vehicles except buses can have an unattended vehicle in designated area.

One way: vehicle can only follow the flow of traffic
