Potts Paraplegia (Earliest Manifestations)
The earliest neurological manifestations of TB spine, which include Ankle clonus, DTR++, and Extensor Plantar response.
Potts Paraplegia (Last Manifestation)
The last neurological manifestation in TB spine, characterized by Bowel and Bladder Involvement (Bowel Bladder Inv).
Salter-Harris Type 1 Fracture
A split fracture that splits the growth plate without injuring the germinal layer.
Salter-Harris Type 2 Fracture
A fracture where the line extends towards the Metaphysis, leaving a metaphyseal fragment known as the Thurston Holland segment.
Thurston Holland Segment
A metaphyseal fracture fragment characteristic of a Type 2 Salter-Harris physeal injury.
Salter-Harris Type 3 Fracture
An intra-articular fracture line extending towards the epiphysis with involvement of the germinal layer.
Salter-Harris Type 4 Fracture
An intra-articular fracture extending through all layers of the growth plate and involving the germinal layer.
Salter-Harris Type 5 Fracture
An impaction injury that crushes the growth plate; it may appear normal or be missed on X-ray and presents late with limb length discrepancy.
Germinal Layer Involvement (Types 3, 4, and 5)
Physeal injuries in which damage to the germinal layer results in progressive limb deformity.
