Anarchy
A state with no leader, government, or system where people act independently, resulting in potential cooperation but also the danger of disorder, chaos, and conflict without rules and structure.
Communism
A system where power and resources are shared equally among all members to support the needs of the group as a whole, ensuring everyone receives the same access to benefits in return for equal contribution.
Dictatorship
A form of government where power is held by one person, often a military or political figure who seizes control by force and requires citizens to obey without question or face punishment.
Direct Democracy
A government type where all citizens share political power equally, and every decision is made through direct voting with majority rules; while fair, it can be slow and difficult to manage.
Monarchy
A government held by a single ruler, such as a king or queen, who inherits authority through family bloodlines and makes all major decisions regarding laws, taxes, and policies without needing approval.
Oligarchy
A system where power is concentrated in the hands of a small group of leaders, such as the noble, wealthy, or powerful, who make decisions to protect their interests and maintain control.
Representative Democracy
A system where citizens elect representatives to make decisions on their behalf, allowing citizens to provide input while the chosen representative has the authority to make the final choice.
