No.

What must children under 8 years old or under 4'9" use?

A child passenger restraint system in the rear seat.

When can a child use a regular safety belt instead of a child restraint system?

When the child is 8 years old or older or at least 4'9" tall.

How far should you sit from an airbag?

At least 10 inches from the airbag cover while still maintaining full control of the vehicle.

From where should the 10-inch airbag distance be measured?

From the center of the steering wheel to your breastbone.

Can you leave a child 6 years old or younger unattended in a vehicle?

No.

Who can supervise a child 6 years old or younger if they aren't with you?

A person who is at least 12 years old.

Is it legal to leave children or animals in a hot vehicle?

No. It is dangerous and illegal.
