Muscle Strength
The amount of force a muscle can produce with a single maximum effort, vital for healthy aging.
Muscular Endurance
The ability of muscles to sustain repeated contractions or exert force over a period of time.

Recommended Physical Activity for Health
At least 150 minutes of moderate intensity aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous activity each week.
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
An exercise strategy alternating periods of short, intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods.
Sedentary Activities
Activities that involve little physical movement, which should be limited for better health.
