Top-Down Approach
A method of decision-making where leaders or higher authorities create the primary decisions and plans, which are then passed down to lower levels for implementation.
Top-Down Approach Process
The four-step sequence consisting of: Listening to information (Pakikinig sa impormasyon) -> Analysis (Pagsusuri) -> Decision-making (Pagdedesisyon) -> Implementation (Pagpapatupad).

To provide clear leadership, direction, coordination, and rapid decision-making in situations where waiting for everyone's opinion is impractical.
