The minimum number should not be less than 20 days or such higher number of days as prescribed by the respective appointing authority.
During what periods is Permanent TA not drawn?
It is not drawn during leave, temporary transfer, or joining time.
Can Permanent TA be drawn if any other kind of TA is allowed for a specific period?
No, it is not drawn in any case where it is expressly provided that TA of any other kind is allowed during that period.
