Pour le petit-déjeuner avant l’école

For breakfast before school

Ma sœur et moi on mange ensemble

My sister and I eat together

Et normalement on prend

And normally we have

Un œuf et un fruit si on a le temps

An egg and a fruit if we have time

Sinon j’aime prendre

If not I like to have

Un pain au chocolate le week-end

A pain au chocolate at the weekend

Ma boisson favorite le matin

My favourite drink in the morning

Est un café noir mais je devrai boire de l’eau

Is a black coffe but I should drink water

D’habitude avec mes amis

Usually with my friends

On commande une pizza à emporter

We order a pizza to take away

Car c’est notre fastfood favori

Because it’s our favourite fast food

Même si c’est malsain et ça coûte un bras

Even if it’s unhealthy and costs an arm

Mes parents préfèrent préparer

My parents prefer to prepare

Leur propre repas comme ils ne veulent pas

Their own meal as they don’t want

Suivre un mauvais régime

To follow a bad diet

Manger du fastfood est beaucoup plus rapide

Eating fast food is a lot quicker

Samedi dernier nous sommes allés

Last Saturday we went

Au restaurant pour fêter

To a restaurant to celebrate

La naissance de mon cousin

The birth of my cousin

Comme entrée j’ai pris une salada

For starter I had a salad

Et comme plat principal j’ai commandé

At for the main I ordered

Du poisson et du rix car je ne mange pas

Fish and rice because I don’t eat

De viande puisque je suis végétarien

Meat since I am vegetarian

Finalment en dessert on a partagé une glace

Finally for dessert we shared an ice cream

Lorsque on est en vacances ma famille et moi

When we are on holidays my family and I

On aime manger la cuisine locale

We like to eat local cuisine

Et goûter des plats différents

And taste different dishes

Donc quand je serai en vacances en Martinique

So when I will be on holiday in Martinique

Cet été je mangerai des plats régionaux

This summer I will eat regional dishes

Et traditionnels comme les poission

And traditional such as the fish

Cependant je suis allergique à certains fruits

However I am allergic to certain fruits

Donc je n’en mangerai pas

So I won’t eat any
