BLUDGEONING DEVICES (M)
It is unlawful within the City of Henderson, for any person, except a peace officer, to carry or possess any mace, truncheon or other bludgeoning weapon or device which has been manufactured or modified for the purpose of inflicting grievous bodily harm, without first having received written permission to possess the same from the chief of police. Such permission shall only be given upon the determination the person applying therefor is of good moral character and is a bona fide collector or exhibitor of weapons.
Any person who violates any of the provisions of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor
