External Oblique
Superficial abdominal muscle that flexes and rotates the trunk.

Splenius Capitis

Quadratus Lumborum

Group of muscles along the vertebral column that extends and laterally flexes the spine.

Muscles between the ribs that depress ribs during forced exhalation.

Transversus Abdominis
Deepest abdominal muscle that compresses abdominal contents.

Rectus Abdominis
Vertical abdominal muscle that flexes the vertebral column.
