-any person who violates the second sentence of Section 24, Act on police operations vis-a-vis comprehensive health intervention for key populations shall upon conviction, suffer a FINE of:

-law enforcement agents found guilty shall be removed from public services

6 to 12 years, without prejudice

-anyone who knowingly or negligently causes another to get infected with HIV

-who compelled any person to undergo HIV testing without his or her consent

-permit or license of business entity and accreditation of HIV testing centers may be cancelled or withdrawn

6 months to 5 years

-anyone who violates Protection of HIV and AIDS Service providers from harassment shall, upon conviction, suffer an IMPRISONMENT of:

-provided that if the person who violates this provision is a law enforcement agent or public official, administrative sanctions may be imposed

not less than 100 thousand pesos but not less than 500 thousand pesos

anyone who violates Protection of HIV and AIDS Service providers from harassment shall, upon conviction, suffer a FINE of:

-provided that if the person who violates this provision is a law enforcement agent or public official, administrative sanctions may be imposed

6 months to 5 years

-who violates this act on Health Insurance and Similar services shall, upon conviction, suffer the penalty of IMPRISONMENT of:

not less than 50 thousand pesos

who violates this act on Health Insurance and Similar services shall, upon conviction, suffer the penalty of FINE of:

6 months to 2 years of imprisonment

-who violates section 44 who breaches CONFIDENTIALITY will be IMPRISONED for:

not less than 50 thousand pesos and not more than 150 thousand pesos

-who violates section 44 who breaches CONFIDENTIALITY shall have a FINE of:

2 years and 1 day to 5 years

-who violates section 44 who causes the mass dissemination of HIV status of a person, including spreading information online or making statements to the media shall be be IMPRISONED for:

not less than 150 thousand pesos but not more than 350 thousand pesos

who violates section 44 who causes the mass dissemination of HIV status of a person, including spreading information online or making statements to the media shall be FINED for:

5 years and 1 day to 7 years

-who violates section 44 which any health professional, medical instructor, worker, employer, recruitment agency, insurance etc. who breaches confidentiality shall be IMPRISONED for:

not less than 350 thousand pesos but not more than 500 thousand pesos

-who violates section 44 which any health professional, medical instructor, worker, employer, recruitment agency, insurance etc. who breaches confidentiality shall be FINED for:

6 months to 5 years

-anyone who violates section 49 on discriminatory acts and practices shall, upon conviction, suffer the penalty of IMPRISONMENT of:

not less than 50 thousand pesos but not more than 500 thousand pesos

anyone who violates section 49 on discriminatory acts and practices shall, upon conviction, suffer the penalty of FINE of:
