-anyone who violates Protection of HIV and AIDS Service providers from harassment shall, upon conviction, suffer an IMPRISONMENT of:
-provided that if the person who violates this provision is a law enforcement agent or public official, administrative sanctions may be imposed

-who violates section 44 who causes the mass dissemination of HIV status of a person, including spreading information online or making statements to the media shall be be IMPRISONED for:
not less than 150 thousand pesos but not more than 350 thousand pesos
who violates section 44 who causes the mass dissemination of HIV status of a person, including spreading information online or making statements to the media shall be FINED for:
5 years and 1 day to 7 years
-who violates section 44 which any health professional, medical instructor, worker, employer, recruitment agency, insurance etc. who breaches confidentiality shall be IMPRISONED for:
not less than 350 thousand pesos but not more than 500 thousand pesos

6 months to 5 years
