Small Dog breed - Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Daschund Toy Poodle, etc
Can occur in large breeds but predominantly smallies

Tricuspid in 30% of cases
Little leaks of aortic and pulmonic valves is seen too
CX?
Tachypnoea / Tachycardia
Loss of sinus rhythm
Syncope
Systolic murmur
Dyspnoea and cyanosis in severe cases

What can we see? Significance?
Sometimes b4 you see obvs congestion you see these enlarged pulmonary veins preceding oedema development
Consequences of MVI
Volume ovetload → LV stretches and enlarged LA → LV enlarge → Pulomary BV become distended → cardiogenic oedema
