ICAO Phonetic Alphabet
The International Radiotelephony Spelling Alphabet tied to the English alphabet, created by the International Civil Aviation Organization to ensure letters and numbers are properly pronounced and understood globally by pilots and air traffic controllers.
Alfa and Juliett
Variations of aviation alphabet spellings used outside North America; 'Alfa' prevents mispronouncing 'ph' as 'f', while 'Juliett' adds an extra 'T' so French speakers do not pronounce the single final 'T' as silent.
Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP)
The authority under which Philippine airports are classified into international and domestic airport categories.

The IATA geographic conference area that encompasses Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

The IATA geographic conference area that encompasses Asia and Australia.
