Appropriate transport destination, but consider air medical if transport is required to this facility.
What should a paramedic do if a patient/family requests a facility that is NOT LISTED or NOT RECOMMENDED?
Seek approval from Medical Control before transporting there.

Paramedics should use clinical judgement and do what is in the best interest of the patient.
