Baby P’s case 

  • Baby Peter was a 17 month old baby who died after suffering a series of injuries that was ignore by multiple health and social care professionals

  • Victoria Climbie was an 8 year old who suffered imaginable abuse at the hands of her guardians where injuries were also ignored
