Employees with at least one year of service are entitled to five days of paid leave per year.
RA 9262 Anti Violence Against Women and their Children Act of 2004 Sec. 43. Entitled to leave
Victims of domestic violence can avail up to 10 days of paid leave in addition to other leave benefits.
RA No. 9710 Sec. 18. Special Leave Benefits for Women
Women who have worked at least 6 months in the past 12 months are entitled to 2 months of fully paid leave for surgery due to gynecological disorders.

Court-ordered severance paid to an illegally dismissed employee when "strained relations" prevent them from returning to their old job.

Total accrued salary, benefits, and allowances paid to an employee from the exact date they were illegally dismissed up to their actual reinstatement.
Service Charge Payout

Wage ceiling
A specified maximum daily wage up to which workers are covered for wage increases under a Wage Order. Anyone already making the maximum wage or more is legally pushed outside the scope of the mandatory minimum wage increase.
Estimated Equivalent Monthly Rate (EEMR)
Converts a daily wage into a monthly salary so employers can pay monthly-paid employees consistently.
Hazard Pay
Amount paid to workers (including MWEs) who are exposed to great danger in their work.
