The electrons move from protein to protein (the proteins are enzymes) along the phospholipid bilayer of the thylakoid.  As they move, their energy decreases

The second light-capturing unit in a chloroplast's thylakoid membrane that reenergizes electrons and sends them to NADP Reductase

What happens in the NADP Reductase?
