What is a worker?

any child of God recommended by local pastor to do services in the church

• why? to work for God, in return He will reward you

• to be a part of the physical body of Christ on earth

What are the works of a worker?

Prayers

• for church, missionaries, pastor, everyone basically

Financial

• financial contributions to church projects, pastor, families, maintenance, activities

Propagation of the Gospel

• soul winner + witness for Christ (tracts, follow-up programs)

What are the 14 qualifications of a worker?

• filled with Holy Spirit

• water baptized

• born again

• sanctified

• tithe payer

• cheerful giver

• soul-winner

• prayer warrior

• well-behaved

• fasting

• trustworthy

• blameless

• humble

• etc.

What is the code of conduct for workers?

• submissive to authorities (tell when traveling, attend all meetings, obedient to pastor, example to church)

• hygenic

• well-dressed

• punctual at all meetings

• protect church good name

• walking, growing, and worshipping in spirit

• glad to attend/host

• does good works

• lives a life of holiness, sanctification, and love- secret and public

• ambassadors of Christ + willingly start a church branch

What are the rules of discipline among workers?

• love = discipline, if workers does something that can corrupt church’s image pastor can do anything from suspension/expulsion or open rebuke

• if worker disagrees with punishment they can appeal to Area Pastor then General Overseer

• Genuine repentance = pardoned before suspension

• no genuine repentance = extended suspension

• no repentance after suspension = recommended by A.P for workers dismissal to G.O

• during discipline/suspension from person must attend all church services, seating chosen by pastor

What is the promotion hierarchy of workers?

Newcomer - non baptized - baptized - workers in training - fully fledged workers - deacon/deaconess - assistant pastor - pastor

What are workers sunday activities?

• get to church early

• whole day belong to Christ

• invite people after church

• morning prayers

What is heavens hierarchy?

God the father, God the son, God the Holy Spirit - 4 living beings - 24 elders - Archangels - Cherubim + Seraphim - Ordinary angels

Who are the 500?

• the congregation

• born again but follow Christ from afar

• backslide easier, church only when convenient

• often fall and never return

Who are the 70?

the workers

work in obedience

more responsibility

fixed for service

• serve continuously without supervision

• endure hardship

• serve with humility, joy, and intention of praising God

• remembering that efforts are not in vain

• know prayer makes everything above possible

• fruit of the spirit

bringing people to Christ through reconciling with Christ

Broken

• flesh is subdued for the spirit of meekness + humility
