Controlled Substances

Authorized member
A sworn PF&R Officer or Paramedic assigned to the unit, or any employee designated by the EMS Battalion Chief or their designee.
Witness
A sworn member of PF&R, or any employee designated by the EMS Battalion Chief or their designee.

An entry made in LogRx or back-up Controlled Substance Inventory Log that includes pertinent information about the use and resupply of controlled substances.
