Literacy Training Service (LTS)

Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC)

A program component designed to provide military training to tertiary level students to motivate, train, organize, and mobilize them for national defense preparedness.

Common Module Phase

A mandatory training period for first-semester freshmen consisting of $25$ hours covering drug education, disaster awareness, environmental protection, and national security.

National Service Reserve Corps (NSRC)

The organization composed of graduates from the non-ROTC components (CWTS and LTS) who may be tapped by the State for literacy and civic welfare activities.

Clustering

The process of grouping students enrolled in different schools who are taking the same NSTP components into one group under a designated school.
