1st Ammendment

Freedom of religion(establishment and free excersize), freedom of assembly, freedom of the press, freedom of petition, freedom of speech

2nd Ammendment

Individuals have the right to a firearm(in some capacity) and states have the right to a militia

3rd ammendment

Individuals to not have to quarter people of the military during times of peace

4th ammendment

Freedom from search and seizure without a warrant or probable cause

5th ammendment

Freedom from self-incrimination, right to a judge with a fair trial, right to a grand jury, protection from double jeopardy, eminent domain

6th ammendment

Right to a lawyer and witnesses, right to a speedy trail, right to know the charges against you, right to a public trial, right to an unbiased jury in criminal cases

7th ammendment

Right to a jury in civil court

8th ammendment

Protection from cruel and unusual punishment and excessive fines

9th ammendment

Citizens have the right to do anything until the government prohibits it

10th ammendment

State governments are reserved powers not given to the national government or prohibited from the states

11th ammendment

states can only be brought to court by their own residents

12th ammendment

Electors vote for presidents and vice presidents seperately

13th ammendment

Slavery is prohibited
