hallucination
a sensory perception (visual, auditory, tactile, olfactory, gustatory) that occurs in the absence of corresponding external stimulation or reality

serotonin syndrome
a potentially life-threatening condition resulting from excessive serotonin activity in the CNS, often occurring with combinations of serotonergic drugs and MAOIs
