Fat soluble
have many nonplar bond CC and CH and few polar functional group
dissolve in organic solvent
EX: vitamin A D E K
Water soluble
dissolve in water, have many polar bonds
EX: vitamin C, B(B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9, B12)
