specimens are suspended in a liquid, a cover slip is then placed at an angle
what is a wet mount used for?
aquatic samples and other living organisms
how is a sample prepared in a squash slide?
a wet mount is firstly prepared, then the cover slip is gentley pressed down over the sample.
why does care need to be taken in squash slides?
