• 1st strike, this means you will not be able to upload etc for a week

• This streak remains for 90 days

• If you receive a second strike within these 90 days you get a 2 week suspension.

• 3 strikes within 90 days means they can be kicked off of YouTube

• People could be reported just because people don’t like them

• Someone who loses their account can just create a new one

• Some content which isn’t inappropriate is taken down

• People find loopholes and ways to avoid the guidelines, eg by saying ‘unalive’ instead of ‘kill’

• AI moderation is being used

• Acknowledging past ignorance eg by reacting to his old videos
