Palpate four abdominal quadrants (upper to lower)

Observe genitalia (females seperate labia, males palpate testes)

Ortolani/barlow manoeuvres (check for clicking/displacement)

Arms/legs

Check symmetry

Check fingers and toes

Plantar reflex (foot)

Measure length
