Acts of Attainder - stick

Passed more attainders (51) near the end of his reign, Thomas Howard imprisoned and attainted 1486 for fighting for Richard, proved himself in the Yorkshire rebellion and restored the title Earl of Surrey 1489

Bonds and Recognisance - stick

1485-1509, 36 out of 62 noble families gave bonds and/or recognisance whilst there was only 1 during Yorkist rule, Marquis of Dorset never trusted (Richard supporter), 1492 had to transfer all his land and give a recognisance for £1,000 and find others who could give £10,000 worth of recognisances on his behalf, agreements cancelled in 1499 after helping put down the Cornish rebellion
