Practitioners must ensure delegates are competent and that delegation does not lead to exploitation or loss of objectivity.
Personal Problems and Conflicts
Practitioners must refrain from activities when personal problems prevent competent performance and must take measures to limit or terminate duties if problems interfere with work.
