Grasp

To understand something that is difficult or complex (complicated or difficult.)

Call off

I Will call off the meeting.
To cancel something that was planned.

How’s it going?

A greeting meaning 'How are you?' or 'How are you doing?'

a walk in the park

Something that is very easy to do.

to top it off

To finish something by adding one more thing; to conclude with a final touch.

The upper part of the leg.

The end part of the arm with fingers.

Shin

The front part of the lower leg.

Knee

The joint connecting thigh and lower leg.

The lower extremity of the leg used for standing and walking.

The top part of the foot.

Toes

Digits at the end of the foot.

The back of the neck.

The rear surface of the body from neck to hips.

The lumbar region of the back.

Buttocks

The gluteal region; butt area.

Underarm region.

Elbow

The joint between upper arm and forearm.

Joints of the fingers.

The joint connecting the foot to the leg.

Calf

The back part of the lower leg.

Sole

The bottom surface of the foot.

Heel

The back part of the foot under the ankle.

Holes in teeth caused by bacteria.

Face lift

Plastic surgery to remove or reduce wrinkles and signs of aging on the face.

Nose job

Plastic surgery on the nose to change size, shape, or other features.

Features

Distinct parts of the face such as eyes, nose, and mouth.

Appearance

The way someone or something looks.

Facial peel

A cosmetic procedure to remove dead skin from the face.

Rehab

Rehabilitation; therapy to recover function or health.

Liposuction

A cosmetic procedure to remove fat from the body.

Crunches

Abdominal exercises to strengthen core muscles.

Implants

Things inserted into the body, such as dental implants.

Tummy tuck

Surgical procedure to remove fat and excess skin from the abdomen.

Flatten

To make something flat or level.

Straighten

To make something straight or correct its form.

Trim

To cut a little off; reduce edges or corners.

Lift

To raise or remove excess skin; to elevate.

Warm up

To prepare the body for activity with light exercise.

Suck out

To remove liquid or contents by suction.

Bend

To flex or curve.

Lift weights

To exercise by raising heavy objects.

Injure

To hurt or damage a part of the body.

Smooth

To make a surface even and free of bumps.

Droopy

Hanging down; sagging.

Crooked

Not straight; bent.

Swollen

Filled with fluid; enlarged.

Pointy

Having a sharp point.

Fleshy

Having a lot of soft flesh.

Saggy

Sagging or loose.

Wobbly

Unsteady or unstable.

Petite

Small and delicate in size.

Toned

Muscular and firm in appearance.

Thin and lean.
