Colors
Crimson is a representation of our passion to succeed and symbolizes the mentality of Delta Epsilon Mu
energy, strength, and determination
Black and white symbolizes both extremes and duality, and represents the many differing backgrounds, ideologies and interests our members bring to the fraternity. These contrasting yet complementary color demonstrate the strength of bringing individuals of differing backgrounds together under a common goal
Letters
Delta represents the difference between separate entities that are connected through a shared ideology and Creed. This difference symbolizes our Friendship, Support, Loyalty, and Dedication within Delta Epsilon Mu, and all that the Fraternity stands across chapters and individuals
Epsilon is the astronomical designation of several nearby stars. This designation symbolizes the concept of striving for distant goals that can be achieved through hard work and cooperation
Mu is the depiction of entities that are barely visible and have negligible influences as individual parts, but when brought together have the capacity for greater impact. This capacity symbolizes the meaning for our Fraternal Mission
The Letters were chosen because our aim is to shorten the difference between us, the Members of Delta Epsilon Mu, and our goals and dreams. By working together and helping one another, we can turn our dreams into nearby “stars” that can have a greater impact than single, individual achievements
