A food test reagent used for Glocase that produces an Orange/brick red col positive result.

Iodine solution

A food test reagent used for Starch that produces a blue-black positive result.

Sodium hydroxide copper sulphate solution

Reagents used in food tests for Protein that produce a pink to violet positive result.
