negative feedback loops decreases/ reduces stimuli to make a system stable
positive feedback mechanism
Positive feedback loops increase/enhance stimuli to make a system unstable (becomes unstable before becoming stable)

regulating body temperature (thermoregulation), blood pressure, and blood sugar

blood clotting and child birth
