Constitutional Law
law that is based on the US Constitution and the constitutions of various states

Laws passed by congress, state legislatures, and local governments

An administrative agency that is not considered part of the government’s executive branch and is not subject to the authority of the president.

Diversity of Citizenship
Under Article III, Section 2, of the Constitution, a basis for federal court jurisdiction over a lawsuit between (1) citizens of different states, (2) a foreign country and citizens of a state or different states, or (3) citizens of a state and citizens or subjects of a foreign country.
