Virtual - network structure w/ ease of access to resources and reduced costs. Not suitable for a predictive approach.

Matrix - project manager shares responsibility w/ functional managers for assigning priorities. Suitable for predictive approach.
Hierarchical - shows project positions and relationships in a graphical, top-down format.
Centralized - work groups arranged by job being done. Suitable for predictive approach.
