Yr11 Jap Speaking Final

Every day I wake up at 7 and wear my uniform. For breakfast I usually eat fruits. 

毎日7時におきて、せいふくにきがえます。朝ごはんはたいていくだものを食べます。

At 7:30 I leave the house and at 7:50 I catch a train to school. School starts from 8:45 to 3:10. 

7時半に家を出て、7時50(ごじゅう)分の電車で学校に行きます。学校は8時45分(よんじゅうごふん)から3時10分までです。

After school I have a shower. I do things like homework and watch youtube. 

ほうかごシャワーをあびます。しゅくだいをしたり、Youtubeを見たりします。

I have dinner at 7. After that I study from 8 to 9. I usually sleep around 11:30

7時にばんごはんを食べます。その後、8時から9じまでべんきょうをします。たいてい11時半ごろねます。

I live in Flemington. Flemington has many parks and shops

私はフレミントンに住んでいます。フレミントンにはこうえんや店がたくさんあります。

My favourite store is a bubble tea place called Tea Mates 

私の好きな『Tea Mates』というタピオカティーの店があります。

Flemington is convenient because there are various restaurants and shops near the train station. I love Flemington 

フレミントンはべんりです。駅のそばには色々な店やレストランがあるから。フレミントンが大好きです。

There are 5 people in my family including me. My parents, my 2 younger brothers and me. 

家族は私をいれて5人です。りょうしんと弟が２人と私です。

My dad is an accountant. My dad is good at cooking and sometimes we watch soccer together on the TV.

My dad is a serious person but funny.  

父はかいけいしをしています。父はりょうりがじょうずで、時々、私といっしょにテレビでサッカーを見ます。父はまじめですが、おかしい人です。

My mum is a housewife. She is strict but also a really warm person 

母はしゅふです。母はきびしい時もありますが、ほんとうはとてもあたたかい人です。

My brother is very funny but annoying. I play games with my brothers. I love my family 

弟はとてもおかしくて、うるさいです。兄弟とゲームをします。私は家族が大好きです。

My apartment is nice and spacious. From the balcony you can see a park. Sometimes you can see birds 

私のアパートはあたらしくてひろいです。バルコニーからこうえんが見えます。時々、ことりがみえます。

My room is small but because it’s quiet I can read books and study. Because my room is calming, it’s my favourite room.  My brother and I’s room is the same size. 

私のへやはせまいですが、しずかですから、本をよんだりべんきょうしたりします。私のへやはおちつきますから、一番好きです。私と弟のへやは同じ大きさのへやです。

I watch movies with my brothers on the TV in the living room. I love my apartment

私はきょうだいといっしょにいまのテレビでえいがを見ます。 私はアパートがすきです

My best friend is Jenny. Because she is kind and a good person we get along well.

私のしんゆうはジェニーです。やさしくていい人だから、ジェニーときがあいます。

We both play games and watch anime together. Our favourite sport is badminton

いっしょにゲームをしたりアニメを見たりします。バドミントンは私たちの一番好きなスポーツです。

Her hobby is drawing and she’s very good at it. We are very good friends 

えをかくことがしゅみで、とてもじょうずです。私たちはいい友だちです。

After high school, someday I would like to live in an apartment because I’m going to get a part time job

高校の後で、いつかじぶんのアパートに住みたいですから、アルバイトをするつもりです。

Because I want a job to help people, I want to be a doctor 

人のやくにたつしごとだから、いしゃになりたいです。

I would like to travel to Japan again but also Taiwan too.

また日本にりょこうにいきたいですが、たいわんにも行ってみたいです。

Right now, I think prefer Japan than Taiwan 

今のところはたいわんより日本の方が好きですよ。

After the HSC I would like to work at a cat-cafe. Because I like cats. I would like to work for a cat-cafe 

HSCの後で、私はねこカフェでアルバイトがしたいです。私はねこが大好きですから、ねこカフェにつとめたいです。

そして、ふつうのカフェにもつとめたいです。

And I would like to work at a normal cafe too. 

I want a part-time job because I want money to travel to Taiwan and Japan. 

アルバイトのお金をためて、たいわんと日本にりょこうするつもりです。

My favourite restaurant is called Sushi Hotaru. I always go there for my birthday. 

私はすしほたるというレストランが好きです。私のたん生日にいつも行きます。

Because it’s busy, you usually have to wait for 10 minutes. 

こんでいるので、たいてい10分くらい待たなければなりません。

The staff are nice and the food is very yummy. I recommend!

お店の人はしんせつで、りょうりもとてもおいしいです。おすすめです！I recommend

I actually don’t like fish but I order tuna sushi. 

ほんとうは魚が好きじゃないですが、まぐろのすしをちゅうもんします。

My favourite book store is called Kinokuniya. There are many books and manga there.

私はきのくにやという本屋が好きです。まんがや本がたくさんあります。

When I go to the city, I usually buy books. The books are a bit expensive but I do chores to get money 

町に行くとき、たいてい本を買います。本はちょっと高いですが、家の手つだいをして、お金をためています。

Inside the shop there’s a cafe and I think it’s really cool!

本屋の中にカフェがあって、とてもかっこいいと思います! 

My school is Strathfield Girls Highschool. There are around 1200 students so the school is big

私の学校はストラスフィールド女子高校です。学生が１２００人(せんにひゃくにん)ぐらいいるので、大きい学校です。

The compulsory subjects in middle school were maths, music, history, geography and English. The compulsory subject in high school is English   

中学校のひっしゅうかもくはすう学とおんがくとれきしとちりと英語です。高校のひっしゅうかもくは英語です。

From Year 9 until Year 12 you choose electives. I chose art and Japanese 

中学三年生から高校三年生までせんたくをえらびます。私はびじゅつや日本語をえらびました。

I am studying Japanese, Korean, Modern History, Biology, Maths and English now

今、日本語とかんこく語とげんだいしとせいぶつとすう学と英語を勉強しています。

My school has a gardening club and J-club

私の学校にはガーデニングクラブとJ・クラブがあります。

The uniform rules are strict, but I think my school is okay.

せいふくのきそくはきびしいですが、私の学校はまあまあだと思います。
