Assessment

A scale used to assess stages of sexual maturation and development during puberty.
Chadwick's sign
A bluish discoloration of the cervix, vagina, and labia, indicating increased blood flow often associated with pregnancy.
Uterine prolapse
A condition where the uterus slips down into or protrudes out of the vagina.
Douching
The practice of rinsing the vagina with water or other fluids, often discouraged by healthcare professionals.
Bilateral breast cancer
Breast cancer that develops in both breasts, either simultaneously or at different times.
Palpation
The act of examining the body by touch, particularly used in medical examinations to detect abnormalities.
