Under RULE 401, The incident opposing council is trying to bring up, THE MERCADO INCIDENT, does not have a tendency to make Mr Farnsworth liability more or less probable and therefore not relevant. The incident does not involve alcohol, nor the sale of it, nor any witness other than Mr. Farnsworth, and is not admissable.
