Cellulose

Saturated Fatty Acids

Unsaturated Fatty Acids

Essential Fatty Acids
Fatty acids that cannot be synthesized by the body and must be obtained through diet; include omega-3 and omega-6.
Complete Proteins

Incomplete Proteins
Proteins that lack one or more essential amino acids; usually found in plant foods.
Antioxidants
