Revocation

Indefinite loss of driving privileges

Reasons:

  • DUI or repeated offenses

  • Felony involving a vehicle

  • Leaving the scene of a crash

  • Drag racing

  • Perjury

Reinstatement: Requires investigation, hearing, fees, possible exams
