Advantages:

Weather spinning:

-Hang thermometer outside of pack to adjust to temp

-measure wind speed and direction with wind gauge and compass

-saturate wet bulb wick

-face wind and spin for one minute. Note wet bulb temp. Spin for another 50 time and note again. Note temp ant lowest point until it no longer changes. Record wet bulb temp.

-read and record dry bulb

-cross reference tables for relative humidity and dew point. Check elevation ranges for correct table. Record.
