Eruption of the Teeth
The movement of a developing tooth toward the occlusal plane until it emerges through the gingiva and becomes visible in the oral cavity. //
Deciduous Dentition
The first set of teeth; also called primary, temporary, milk, baby, or juvenile teeth. It consists of 20 teeth and normally erupts from approximately 6 to 30 months of postnatal life. By about 2–2½ years of age, all deciduous teeth are expected to be in use. //
